Letitia Rogers
Letitia Rogers operates at the intersection of music, storytelling, and healthcare.
Letitia worked within the music industry for Hollywood and knows first-hand how the right composition can instantly establish a connection with the audience, act as a slow-build for emotions, or express a place and time.
As the Western US Regional Director for the national non-profit, Music & Memory®, she worked with local, state, and federal stakeholders to train healthcare professionals and family members on how to adopt its personalized music program—especially for the senior population. Letitia helped caregivers apply the direct music-to-memory connection that reawakens, revitalizes, and positively impacts the quality of life for those living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other physical and cognitive challenges. She has seen, up close, the power of music to bring joy and create connections.
Her favorite thing to discuss: What is your favorite song—and why?
