Join us as Mariachi Rodriguez presents Mariachi music at San Diego International Airport’s new Terminal 1.
Mariachi Rodriguez, based in San Diego, is led by educator and musician Andrew Rodriguez. The ensemble is dedicated to performing authentic mariachi music that celebrates the tradition’s cultural roots and musical richness. Recognized as Teacher of the Year at Bell Middle School, Andrew also directs for DanzArts SD, guest lectures at San Diego State University, and has performed with the San Diego Symphony.
For this performance, inbound and outbound travelers will enjoy mariachi music in trio format between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at three locations around the new terminal.
